How do I apply?

What are the market hours?

The market is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm (with an extra hour from 7a to 8a for early birds). All vendors must be open in their assigned space from 7:00am – 5:00pm. Vendors that close early will be banned from future sales.

What items can I sell?

We welcome vintage, antiques, handmade goods, and collectibles. Garage sale spaces can include any used items that would normally be available at a local yard/moving/garage sale. Spaces are also available but limited for people selling commercial products (Avon, Scentsy, etc.).

Is electricity provided?

Power is available for an extra expense. If you require electricity, there will be an option for it on the form you receive to pay for your space.

Vendor Guidelines

1. All spaces are 100% Non-Refundable. No credit will be transferred from sale to sale.

2. If the sale is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other natural disaster, there will be no refunds issued. NYDXP, llc is not responsible for the event being cancelled by the State of Arizona or any reasons outside our control.

3. All spaces must be claimed and filled on vendor set-up day (Friday). Spaces not claimed by 5:00pm on vendor set-up day will be released and no refunds given.

4. Vendors must cover their space(s) after set-up on Friday.

5. No Saturday move-in. All spaces must be claimed and filled by 5:00pm on vendor set-up day or they will be released.

6. No buying or selling is allowed on vendor set-up day.

7. Vendors will receive one (1) parking pass, regardless of the number of spaces purchased, and regardless of if you are sharing a space with friends or family. Parking is managed by the Arizona State Fairgrounds. Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced.

8. Vendor passes are for vendors only and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extra passes are available on set up day only for $20 each no passes are to be given or sold to sellers.

9. Food and beverage sales are not allowed (including water).

10. Drugs (including cannabis), drug paraphernalia, alcohol, and pornography are not allowed on the grounds, and may not be sold.

11. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Cannabis is not allowed on the grounds.

12. Space Location(s) are all indoors and pre-assigned. Some buildings do not have heat/air.

13. Spaces are all 10’ x 10’. If you purchase more than one space, they will be located together.

14. Doors open @ 5:30AM Saturday day of Sale for vendors only.

15. Vendors must wear their badge for entrance. Vendor badges may not be given away or sold.

16. All vendors must be open in their assigned space from 7:00am – 5:00pm. Vendors that close early will be banned from future sales.

17. Tables may be pre-rented for $12 each; $20 on the set-up day; or you can bring your own.

18. NYDXP, llc will verify that each space is selling the correct/approved items. If you are a business, be sure to pay for the correct space. Only one (1) company representative is allowed on site and must be pre-approved.

19. Vehicles left in the parking lot overnight is at your own risk. NYDXP, llc, and the Arizona State Fairgrounds is not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles, trailers, etc., or theft of items inside vehicles, trailers, etc.

20. Loud music, amplified speakers, duck calls, etc. are not allowed.

21. Helium balloons, free-floating devices, propane or gases, are not allowed.

22. Fighting, cursing, or aggressive actions will not be tolerated.

23. All Spaces must be vacated by 7:00pm (including all garbage).

24. All items left onsite after 8:00pm on the day of the sale will be disposed of, and the vendor will be subject to a minimum $100 dump fee charge to dispose of those items.

25. The Old Mill Flea Market (NYDXP, llc), it’s associated committee(s) or authorities, reserves the right to exclude or reject without recourse any person or items which violate the above rules, or are otherwise deemed objectionable.
